Hi I'm Stephanie Malouf, Accredited Nutritionist & Mindset Coach practicing in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs. Having come from a corporate background, first completing a Bachelor of Business and working in a number of corporate jobs both locally and in New York, I know what it's like to be busy and time poor. I also know what it's like to feel energised, motivated and happy to jump out of bed in the morning (yes I have become one of those) as opposed to putting my health on the back burner and feeling exhausted all the time, flat and nutritionally depleted.
For years my toxic and imbalanced body was manifesting as eczema, headaches and a number of gastrointestinal problems such as increasing number of food intolerances and lack of bowel motions which only exacerbated my internal toxic environment. At the time, I considered myself a fairly healthy person with no major health issues. Knowing what I know now, this was my body giving me signals that my body was out of balance and would eventuate into more severe health complications if ignored.
My symptoms started to get worse and I grew tiresome of hearing from doctors and specialists that what I was experiencing was common or nothing of major concern. So I started doing my own research, reading book after book. It wasn't long until I realised this was the space for me and went on to complete a Bachelor of Health Science (Nutritional Medicine).
It is now my mission to use this knowledge to help people recognise their signals and support busy, nutritionally deleted individuals, restore and rebalance their health through practical nutrition and most importantly create a healthy relationship with food.
