Weight loss is complex and isn’t as simple as calories in versus calories out. There are a number of factors that drive weight gain or affect your ability to lose the the weight. From years of working with a number of clients on achieving their weight loss goals I have identified two key factors that determine lasting success; a personalised diet and a positive mindset achieved by the destruction of liming beliefs.


We are constantly bombarded with new fad diets and the best ways to beat the bulge. The truth is there is no one-size-fits-all approach and there certainly is no magic pill. Sorry! We each have our own metabolic profile which means we respond differently to certain types of foods and diets. Whether this be due to your genetic make-up or an underlying health condition, this ultimately affects what your body craves, burns as energy or stores as fat. 

Have you had a long battle with losing weight or keeping it off? This could be that you haven’t been choosing the right foods for your body type or there are other underlying health factors hindering you from achieving your weight loss goals such as; insulin resistance and poor blood sugar regulation, thyroid dysfunction, stress and elevated cortisol (the stress hormone), inflammation or hormonal imbalance

Do you sabotage your weight loss and end up putting it all back on again? Are you an emotional eater, turning to food for pleasure? Have you hit a weight loss plateau and can’t seem to lose anymore?

To change the result you need to change the actions and your behaviour. To change behaviour you must change your mindset and negative thought patterns. This is often the missing link in the weight loss equation!

There are many limiting beliefs and deeper psychological reasons as to why you are presented with your current health challenges. Often you don’t even realise they are there! It's important to discover what your limiting beliefs are. It’s not your problems that keep you from creating what you want, it’s the story you tell yourself about them that provides you with an excuse to stay in your comfort zone.

When you start with a limiting belief focused what you can’t do, this then signals your nervous system to respond in a negative way diminishing your potential to achieve your goals.

  • I’m addicted to sugar

  • I can’t cook

  • I hate healthy food

  • I am a failure

  • It is too difficult to lose weight

  • I need to prioritise my family and kids

  • Healthy food is expensive and I can’t afford it

  • I don’t deserve to feel good

  2. Supportive: Simple does not mean that it's easy. Having ongoing support and education during the hardest time is vital, whilst you adopt new dietary habits that will eventually transition into an accustomed way of waiting.

  3. Steady: Allowing time for your body and mindset to adjust, ensuring this becomes a lifestyle change and not another fad diet

  4. Sustainable: So you keep the weight off long term

SESSION 2: Mastering your Mindset (60 MINS)

This consultation is focused on identify your limiting beliefs and inner critic in order to shift your disruptive patterns. By identifying these at the start you will have more control over your negative thoughts thus maximising your willpower for consistent and lasting results. Plus a body composition to track your progress.

SESSION 3: Taking action & setting goals (45 mins)

Big wins are a product of lots of small wins that are achievable. In this session we will create an action plan broken down into small, focused and achievable weekly goals that will compound to achieving your BIG end goal. Plus a body composition to track your progress.

PLUS 1 X 30 min consultations + 2 x 15 min consultation for weigh-ins, goal review and dealing with obstacle.
