- 2 Salmon filets – 150-200g each
- 2 tbsp green olives, chopped
- 2 tbsp sundried tomatoes, chopped
- 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
- ½ bunch dill, chopped
- 2 tsp olive oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
- Line a baking try with baking paper and place the salmon on it skin side down
- Combine the dill, sundried tomato's, green olives, sunflower seed & olive oil in a bowl.
- Spoon on top of the salmon fillets & bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until cooked to taste.
